Rodney Yashouafar is a graduate of California State University of Northridge, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Law and a minor in Economics. Mr. Yashouafar attended Whittier Law School and finished his legal education under the supervision of a mentoring and seasoned attorney. Mr. Yashouafar has more than 15 years of experience in the legal field, working with a legal team in the fields of Business Law, Contract Law, Construction Law, and Employment Law, with experience in litigation and pre-litigation cases.
In addition to Mr. Yashouafar's legal background, he has personally managed many construction projects, business projects, development projects in which he has taken high management protocols to prevent any injuries to his employees and other civilians. Mr. Yashouafar understands and takes the workers compensation cases seriously, knowing the legal requirements which employers owe to their employees and making sure that all his cases are handled with the same care.
Sayan Aboudi is a graduate of University of California Los Angeles, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History/Law. Mr. Aboudi attended Abraham University School of Law, and is expecting to graduate with a Juris Doctorate degree in 2014. Mr. Aboudi has been working as a paralegal for more than 10 years, covering the field of Business Law, Contract Laws, Personal Injury, and Workers Compensation. He has firsthand experience in helping attorneys reach million dollar verdicts & settlements.
Mr. Aboudi's passion for law started at a young age. His passion to help those who are less fortunate started at a tender age when he witnessed the forced exile of family by the Iranian government. During their immigration to the United States, Mr. Aboudi pledged that he would dedicate his life to helping people who are unable to help themselves. Mr. Aboudi treats every client with the same care, knowledge, and attention they deserve to ensure that their case is handled to its full potential.
